To manage any of the 14 international sides (those in the 2003 World Cup) not initially listed start a career game and enter your name as shown below. It does not matter which domestic side you pick as you will only manage the international side. If you also want to manage a domestic side add a second player to manage them.

Your first game will be the next international fixture which in the case of Holland, Namibia and Canada is the World Cup 2003.
